Swag Policy

Swag Purpose

Swag at Anglepoint exists to support brand awareness, relationship building, and employee experience. This document defines how swag is requested, produced, distributed, and governed to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency as the company scales.

Ownership

All Anglepoint-branded items displaying the company name, logo, or brand elements must be approved by the Marketing team.

The Marketing team manages the swag website, which is stocked with standard employee and external swag. Need something outside the standard selection? You can submit a request to Marketing via the Helpdesk, and the team will help you find the right solution.

Approved Vendors and Inventory

Anglepoint swag is produced and stored through Prodigy in Lindon, Utah. Marketing will prioritize this vendor whenever possible due to negotiated pricing, established inventory, and warehouse capabilities.

Marketing will first attempt to fulfill requests using existing inventory before approving new production.

As recently as Q4 2025, the Marketing team has evaluated several vendors, including international options. Based on low maintenance fees, fast turnaround times, and a broad product catalog, we partner with Prodigy.

Request Paths

Business and Client Swag

This includes swag for clients, prospects, partners, events, conferences, and meetups.

All requests must be submitted to Marketing through the Anglepoint Helpdesk and should be submitted as far in advance as possible. Orders submitted with less than three weeks’ notice may not be possible to fulfill. Additional lead time may be required for shipping outside of the United States or nonstock items. For more information, see the international shipping section of this document.

Marketing will review each request, confirm compliance with brand guidelines, and coordinate fulfillment or production if approved.

Return of Excess Swag

Unused swag from events or bulk shipments must be returned to Marketing for inventory tracking and reuse. To return leftover items, follow Marketing’s directions for returning swag, if already agreed upon, or fill out a Helpdesk ticket.

Employee Swag

Company-Sponsored Employee Swag

Marketing manages company-sponsored employee swag such as new hire kits, milestones, or recognition items. Employees should not independently source or order branded items that are not available on the Swag Store. All branded materials must be approved by the Marketing team.

Personal Purchases

Employees may purchase swag for personal use through the Anglepoint Employee Store. Personal purchases must not use company funds.

International Shipping

All swag ships from the United States. International shipments are subject to customs regulations.

Shipping To Europe

Shipping to Europe typically requires longer transit times. Personal employee swag orders do not incur shipping fees.

Event or business-related shipments to Europe must be requested through the Marketing Helpdesk with at least two weeks’ notice. A limited stock of swag is stored in London for Marketing events and is managed jointly by the Operations and Marketing teams. This does not include employee swag.

Shipping To India

Employees based in India must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to receive Anglepoint swag. KYC forms are required for customs clearance and must be completed before fulfillment. Indian customs require the form confirm to reduce fraud and financial risk, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Anglepoint’s fulfillment partner (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) will provide the required shipping forms and instructions to the employee. KYC documentation is only required for employees upon receiving their first Anglepoint shipment. Future shipments will not require additional KYC forms.

KYC forms will be emailed to the recipient once the package arrives at the India Post. Recipients will need to upload or provide these documents electronically through the carrier portal so customs will release the package. After submission, the package will be released for delivery. To avoid delays, employees should complete the form as soon as possible.

KYC forms contain the following questions:

  • Full legal name of the recipient
  • Current address
  • Contact details
  • A government-issued ID number, such as a passport or national ID
  • Sometimes a copy of the ID for verification

For time-sensitive shipments, requests should be submitted at least three weeks in advance.

Shipping to Rest of World

Shipping from the United States to the rest of the world (i.e., not North America, India, or European countries), delivery timelines will vary by country. All shipments are subject to local customs regulations. Requestors should submit requests as early as possible and contact Marketing via the Helpdesk if timing is a concern.

Compliance and Restrictions

Brand and Procurement

Marketing must procure all Anglepoint-branded swag. Individual teams may not design, source, or order branded items independently.

Marketing may decline or redirect requests that do not align with brand standards, budget, or compliance requirements.

Anti-Bribery and Gifting Rules

Swag provided to clients, partners, or prospects must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

Before requesting or distributing swag, employees must confirm that:

  • The recipient is permitted to receive gifts
  • The value and type of swag comply with recipient policies and local laws
  • The swag could not reasonably be interpreted as influencing a business decision

The requester and approver share responsibility for ensuring compliance.
